You nickname must not be a real name of an other person, institution or trademark or otherwise be missunderstandable. A change of a choosen nickname is only possible by reasonable exceptions.

The software, several parts of the software (as coppermne-gallery and the forum) and some special features (as your personal adjustments) use cookies to enable you to use our platform properly without new login on our server. These cookies are not used to store personal data of yours.

IP-adress
As a registered member and in case you publish content on our website your ip-adress is stored on our server. This will garantuee for yourself, the administrators and all other users the authenticity of the publisher. The information will only be used in case of dismissal of our service. The administrators may ban your IP form futher use on our platform.

Registration
With your registration you´ll get your identiy as a user. Obligate information for the use of our service are your correct firstname and surname, your nickname and a valid email. You may choose if other user are allowed to see your email or not. Your firstname and surname are not shown to the public. You may edit your profile and change the information of your account. You´re also able to delete your account.

Spam Protection
The administrators will take every appropriate effort to guarantee that your non-public information will stay private. We will neither sell your data nor spam you with unwanted information. You may choose by editing your profile if you want to receive our newsletter or not.
