General business conditions

The general business conditions should be read and completly taken note of by the client . The general business conditions are the fundamental basis for a treaty with the photo service on this website.
- scope
Offers, services and deliveries are made on the basis of the general business conditions. The client accepts these conditions by his order. Other statements will not be heard and will not become valid. Any deviations have to be confirmed in written by PVW Michael Pietsch.
- picture rights
The portrayed pictures have a copyright protection from printing, downloading or any kind of use, as long as PVW Michael Pietsch have not given their consent. Exceptions are, if the client has legally purchased the pictures or PVW Michael Pietsch has put files without the copyright sign into the internet.
- memory time of the pictures in the internet
PVW Michael Pietsch guarantees the memory of the pictures for at least 3 months. Exceptions are, if an internet user wishes that his files are cleared, or if technical problems lead to a clearing of certain files. If I stop working as an event photographer all files will be cleared.
- costs
The calculated costs orientate to the date of order. The prices are EURO-prices and include the value-added tax. The costs for shipping may be listed as special positions on the bill. The costs for shipping are valid for the dispatch within the Federal Republic of Germany. Higher shipping costs, for the dispatch into other countries, will be added to the clients bill.
- dispatch conditions and delivery time
PVW Michael Pietsch determines the post service with regard to transport route and corporation. Special clients‘ requests can only be accepted with additional costs. Delivery times are approximately 2 weeks after the order.
- method of payment, terms of payment, settlement dates
The clients receives a bill. The whole sum has to be transferred to the given account including the order number and the clients name, immediatly after receipt of the pictures. Other terms of payment come into force when PVW Michael Pietsch organizes other ways of dispatch of the pictures. The general business conditions of the shipping company will become valid in this case.
- arrears
In cases of arrears PVW Michael Pietsch reserves the right to send out admonitions, with all its legal consequences. The client has to deal with the thus arising additional costs.
- others
If some parts of the general business conditions lose their legal validity, all other parts stay valid for the client.
If new general business conditions are published, the old version loses its validity.
